Josh Benveniste created nubadesign in 1997, and currently oversees all aspects of the company's operations and service offerings. Mr. Benveniste also currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Resperion, a leading provider of asphalt paving solutions to governmental agencies and private organizations worldwide. Since Mr. Benveniste's tenure, Resperion has grown significantly, completing numerous road projects across the globe, including the construction of the 390km Kabul to Kandahar Highway in Afghanistan. Mr Benveniste is currently working on developing road infrastructure in India, China, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Mr. Benveniste also serves as Principal of Camelback Ventures International, a provider of strategic expertise, access to capital, and executive management.

Prior to joining Resperion, Mr. Benveniste was Director of Business Development at Clarent Corporation, where he developed and implemented a global partnership/alliance program, served as part of Clarent's mergers and acquisition team as well as developed numerous new marketing programs aimed at growing market share. Prior to Clarent, Mr. Benveniste spent over 7 years in the Networking and Telecommunications industry, holding numerous marketing and business development positions at Promatory Communications, Genesys Telecommunications and Virata.

Mr. Benveniste holds both a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Arizona.
